VOIX NETWORKS LIMITED was incorporated and commenced operations as a Nigerian Tele-communication company in the year 2001 delivering high quality prepaid calling card services over VoIP at minimal cost to its customers both within and outside Nigeria.
In addition to the incorporation certificate from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the company is licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to carry out full fledge telecom operations providing video, data and voice services over copper wire, fiber optics, and VSAT transmission media. We are licensed within the PNL, ISP, and prepaid calling card Regulatory frame work under the Nigerian Communication Commission acts.
As a licensed communication company, services are delivered to individual, corporate organizations, government offices, e.t.c. at both local and international levels through enabling of communication via Voice, data, fax, Video, POS (point of sale Terminals access network with a 500,000 capacity class-5 wired-line switch as well as host of IP network elements. We also installed a CLASS 4 Gateway (Tandem) switch that handles PSTN/MTSO interconnection operation, and so far we have successfully interconnected with almost all the major telecommunication operators in the country such as GLOBACOM, MULTI-LINKS, STARCOMMS, VISAFONE, ETISALAT and Abuja based Interconnection Clearing House Network (SC-Connect) for interconnection to other networks not yet directly interconnected to at the moment and also serve as an alternate network routes to existing interconnect links. Voix Networks deploy services via combination of structured copper cables and fiber optic infrastructures backhauling to the central office with a view to ensuring good quality of service to all categories of customers on board. Our Data network is backhauled over fiber optic infrastructures and VSAT technology to enable quality data delivery thus establishing network uptime redundancy in case of network failures.
We also provide customized services which are geared towards identifying and meeting specific operational needs of our customers and provide tailored solutions which will not only meet the needs but enhance the client’s organization operations and services delivery.
